CO-FOUNDERHappiness holds a Master degree in International Media Studies from Deutsche Welle Akademie, Bonn Germany and has been working in the Tanzania media sector since 2006 with various media houses, like Mwanachi, The Citizen, Daima, Radio NURU FM and others. She is also a successful agri-entrepreneur, investing in livestock and various crops for the local market.

TECHNICAL ADVISORJörg has been living in Tanzania for about 17 years working in different sectors, like water and sanitation, renewable energies, as well as assisting local NGOs in getting funding for various projects like microfinance, community radio, environment, youth, etc. He holds a degree in industrial engineering and management from Dresden University of Technology (German Diplom).
